2026 Golf Fundraiser – Individual Registration

The Traverse City Elks Annual Golf Benefit is one of the lodge’s favorite community events of the year, bringing together golfers, local businesses, and supporters for a day of fun on the course while helping fund the Elks Lodge’s charitable programs.

Register as an individual golfer to secure your spot in the tournament and support the work the Elks do throughout the Traverse City community.  If you are registering as part of a team, be sure to include your teammates on the registration for so we can make sure you are all golfing together.

How Registration Works

Registration for the 2026 Elks Golf Benefit is handled through our secure online system.

• Individual golfers may register online and reserve their spot instantly.
• Players who register individually will be placed on a team when possible.
• A printable offline registration form is available for those who prefer to register in person or by mail.
• Businesses and individuals may add sponsorships or advertising opportunities during the registration process.
• The registration system displays real-time availability, showing how many individual spots remain in the tournament.

Once registered, participants will receive confirmation details and event information prior to the outing.

Player Limit & Waiting List

The Traverse City Elks Annual Golf Benefit has a limited field to ensure a great experience for everyone on the course. Registration is capped at 128 golfers (32 teams).

Individual spots are filled on a first-come, first-served basis through the online registration system. Once all player positions have been filled, additional golfers may request placement on the waiting list. If an opening becomes available, golfers on the waiting list will be contacted in the order their requests were received.

We encourage individual players to register early to guarantee a place in the tournament.

Refunds & Cancellation Policy

All registrations for the Elks Golf Benefit are considered final.

No refunds will be issued if a player needs to cancel their registration after completing the sign-up process.

In the event that the golf course cancels the outing due to severe weather or unsafe course conditions, the event will not be rescheduled. In that situation, all registration fees will be treated as a charitable donation to the Traverse City Elks Lodge, supporting the lodge’s ongoing community programs and charitable initiatives.
