The following is a letter from our Exalted Ruler, Richard Gauthier:
In working along with the supervising body and the Governor’s directive we will be opening the club portion of our Lodge on Thursday, May 28th at 3:00pm.
The hours of the lodge will be 3pm-10pm Monday thru Thursday. Fridays and Saturdays will be 3pm-11pm.
During our operations we will abide by the social distancing guidelines set by our state. 6 Foot distancing will be in effect at the bar and tables as well as the patio. There cannot be any more than 6 people at a table and all tables will be spaced accordingly and under no circumstances can be moved. Masks must be worn upon entering the building and at all times except when seated. Anytime you get up from your seat, your mask must be on (fully over the mouth and nose). At this time, the club will only be open to Members and Spouses or significant others ONLY. No Guests at this time. Lotto and pull-tabs can only be purchased or redeemed at the designated lotto area unless seated at the bar. Bar stools will be spaced 6 feet apart (unless you are sitting with your significant other). Disinfecting of common areas will take place regularly.
We are doing everything possible to open up with your safety and our staff’s safety in mind. Please be courteous and kind while practicing patience. The more we comply with these guidelines, the quicker we can get back to normal. The staff and officers will be monitoring these guidelines during business hours. These guidelines must be followed with no exceptions. And of course if you are not feeling well or have been exposed to someone who is sick, please stay home.
You must have your current membership card to enter the Lodge and be served. If you have not paid your dues please contact the Lodge Secretary to get that taken care of or make the necessary arrangements.
For those who are still not comfortable joining us, we understand and will offer curbside pick-up available for you and look forward to seeing you when you are ready.
Please stay safe, stay healthy and enjoy your Memorial Day weekend. We look forward to seeing you next week under these new guidelines.
